Return Policy
All items purchased can be returned for refund or exchange within fifteen (15) days after the date of delivery. All returned items must be unused and intact. Credits are issued to the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Sorry, there is a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable. There is a $2.75 flat rate shipping charge for all exchanges. To request expedited shipping services for an additional fee please contact us.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed by 2PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday will ship out the same day. If we are not able to do so, we will contact you. Orders placed after 2PM on weekdays and over the weekend or on postal holidays will ship the next business day.

What is the difference between the classic clip on tie, and the newer patented clip on tie?

The older models have a tendency to sag, and give the obvious appearance that one is wearing a clip on necktie. The newer clips, offer the same quality and safety, yet truly resemble a hand tied necktie. No more sagging, no more jokes!

Clip on ties offer convenience and safety over hand tied neckties. Putting on a clip on necktie is quicker and faster than hand tying and you have a perfect necktie knot every time. Additionally, hand tied neckties can act as a noose when tugged on, choking the wearer. Clip on ties will simply disconnect from the collar when pulled in the same manner. This safety feature has made clip on neckties a standard for police and security uniforms.

What kind of guarantee comes with a clip on tie?

We exclusively use clips by Eastern Creative Industries. All of our clip on necktie clip mechanisms are covered by their warranty which states that the necktie clip is guaranteed for the life of the necktie. Should your clip mechanism break or malfunction, simply send the tie to us, and we will have it replaced, reattached, and returned to you. Sorry but we cannot cover any shipping expenses with our clip guarantee.
